WHEN TO ARRIVE
Delegates should arrive on the first day at 8.45am for registration.
Last day of training finishes no earlier than 5.00pm.
WHAT TO BRING
You must bring photographic ID, i.e. Current Driving License or Passport
ACCOMMODATION
Delegates or their companies may book directly with “Hotel Marenero” which is located at the same floor as training centre.
SPECIAL NEEDS
Delegates must declare any special needs (e.g. dietary or religious) at the time of booking. You must also inform the instructor at the start of the course.
DRUGS & ALCOHOL
Due to company policy all types of alcohol& drugs are prohibited during training period.
MEALS
Breakfast, lunch and refreshments shall be provided each day and the cost is included in the course fee.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
These charges are based on how many days before your course begins that we receive your cancellation. These charges are a percentage of the total cost of your course.
